Affordable for in-state students and lots of exchange opportunities.
What do you like best about UAF?
Nanook Traditions! Starvation Gulch, Winter Carnival and Springfest bring fun to the UAF campus.
What do you like to do in your spare time? What extracurricular activities are you a part of?
I love to stay active! Volunteering for the Arctic Winter Games to Santa's Clearing House, intramurals here on campus, city volleyball, student jobs and various clubs on campus.
What is one piece of advice you would give to a prospective student interested in UAF?
Apply for scholarships! Free or cheap tuition makes everyone happy.
What "field work" have you done at UAF that will help you find work in your major?
An internship in business as well as hands-on experience with public schools around town.
What do you hope to do after you graduate?
Enter the Peace Corp Master's International Program through University of Michigan! As well as backpack through Europe with my little brother.
