Four UAFAA board seats up for election

Nominations are under way for four seats on the board of directors of the nonprofit UAF Alumni Association: Seat 4, Southcentral (incumbent, Shannon McCarthy `88, is running for a second term); Seat 5, Fairbanks (incumbent, Peter Van Flein `87, is running for a second term); Seat 6, At-Large (incumbent, Amanda Wall `01 `05, is running for a second term); Seat 7, Southeast, (incumbent, Gail Dabaluz `10, is not running for re-election). You must be a current member of the nonprofit UAFAA to run for a seat on the board, and be from the areas designated with the exception of the At-Large seat. Elections will occur electronically through the month of March. 

Terms are for three years. Please read the requirements, responsibilities and expectations for serving on the board. This is a great opportunity to make a difference for your alma mater and help the UAFAA reach the next level of success.
