Class offered to prepare trainers for StrongPeople program

A Fairbanks workshop will train people to lead a popular exercise program for midlife and older adults in Alaska communities. Led by Leslie Shallcross, a home, health and family development agent with the University of Alaska Fairbanks Cooperative Extension Service, the workshop will prepare participants to teach StrongPeople/StrongWomen exercise classes in nonprofit community settings.
Build a garden for native pollinators in Delta Junction workshop
