Amy Hartley
Amy has been with the University of Alaska Fairbanks since 2004. In her current role she aims to build meaningful relationships with individuals, corporations and foundations to raise philanthropic gifts that will support students and programs at UAF. Prior to joining the Development Office team, she managed public relations for the UAF Geophysical Institute. 
 
Amy earned two degrees from the College of Liberal Arts at UAF: a master’s degree in creative writing in 2010 and a bachelor’s degree in journalism in 2000. She is an on-air volunteer for KUAC 89.9 FM, hosting a bi-weekly jazz program.
 
Amy grew up in North Pole, but now resides in Fox with her husband and their two small children. Amy is a blogger and music buff who enjoys photography in her free time.
