Enjoy a day designed for you! Homeschool Day at the museum is held annually in October. Meet other homeschool parents and families, learn about our programs, explore the museum,  and enjoy hands-on activities in the Creativity Lab. Check with your homeschool network for information.

Some activity sheets and special discovery boxes are available in our Family Room (upstairs).

Public Programs

Take your family to the museum and connect with science and art through hands-on activities. Education and Public Programs hosts Family Days, weekend programing and more. Kits & Hands-on Objects

Take museum objects at home and learn from them!

Kits are available to homeschool families through their contact teachers. If you are interested in one of our kits, talk to your contact teacher. Loans are for two weeks and available during the academic year only.
