Andrew Nerland Hall opened in 1953, and still offers a comfortable and homey vibe within it’s four floors. This lower campus hall is a coed hall with men staying on the first, second and fourth floors, while women occupy the third floor. Nerland is home to a mix of residents, as it is the only hall on lower campus that is dry (alcohol free); this brings student athletes and older residents who prefer a quiet home.
