Look for: trainings available in one easy to find place, clearly defined pathways for employees to train- from initial onboarding through career development, and improved tracking and reporting of training so that employees can easily tell what they need and when they need it.

With the wonderful help of campus staff, the TED team developed a training matrix for the Administrative job family. Supervisors and their employees may use this for professional development purposes as it is meant to serve as a "roadmap" for those looking to move to a different classification within this job family. Please note that this is only a template and may be adjusted to fit the needs of your unit or department. We hope to offer training matrices for additional job families in the future.
