Student Organization Description:
The UAF chapter of AISES is part of a national non-profit organization which supports Alaska Natives and American Indians who are pursuing studies in science, engineering and related academic areas. AISES meetings feature speakers from a wide variety of academic interests and scientific professions. The emphasis is on learning, leadership, community service and promoting employment, internships, and graduate school opportunities. Any interested students are welcome to attend.
