Once you have submitted your new organization request through OrgSync you'll need to contact the student organizations office in Wood Center for a meeting regarding your club proposal. We are conveniently located in the Wood Center offices, available via phone at 474-1170, or by email at

The student chapter of ASME, in partnership with local and national chapters, works to further the profession of Mechanical Engineering through professional development, education, and networking. Typical meetings include speakers from the industry, field trips, and food! All students with an interest in Mechanical Engineering are encouraged to attend. We do not discriminate against anyone.
