Student Organization Description:
The UAF Student Chapter of The Wildlife Society's mission is to maintain professional standards in wildlife management, aid students in enhancing their knowledge through workshops and wildlife related projects, advance stewardship of wildlife and their habitats, and increase public awareness of the wildlife profession. We can offer students the chance to learn about exciting research around the world, personal contact with wildlife professionals, employment or volunteer opportunities, and assistance in presenting student research.
