Updates to the database for Spring 2014 are due Monday, February 10th by 5pm
We've broken the Student Organizations Registration Process down into easy steps:
1) Update your org info online (see instructions below)
2) Complete an Account Signers Form. (required once a year)
3) Have at least one officer of your student organization attend an officer training.
CLICK HERE TO LOG IN to the Student Organizations Database (UA LEAD) to access your organization and/or update new info. If you are a new/forming organization please contact the LIVE Office.
If you can't log in, contact the Student Organizations office to be added as a user on the database--send your UA username (same as your UA email address) to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 474-1959.
Winter Carnival: Carnival
Nanook Traditions and Alpha Phi Omega (APO) are hosting the Winter Carnival: Carnival!
The Carnival will take place on Saturday, Feb 22nd from 1pm - 4pm in the Wood Center.
Clubs can host a carnival-like game booth or take one over from APO.
If your club would like to host a game booth from APO please contact Lida Zakurdaew at email@example.com
This is not a fundraising opportunity and all games provided are at no cost to students. There will be music, food, games, and more, all free.
Please join us on Saturday for an awesome time and tell all your friends!
Student Organizations Officer Training
All UAF Student Organizations are required to send at least one member to an officer training once per semester. Organizations are strongly encouraged to send a member who has not previously attended a training.
Organizations are welcome to bring more than one officer. Information presented will be the same at both training sessions.
Training will be offered:
Thursday, February 6th at 7pm in the Wood Center Ballroom
& Saturday, February 8th at 2pm in the Gruening 208
Both events will be catered.

The Spring 2014 Student Organization Fair is upon us!
There is a new format this spring:
Tuesday, February 18th is reserved for Academic, Departmental, & Honors student organizations.
Wednesday, February 19th is reserved for Recreational, Social, and Special Interest student organizations.
The LIVE Office will be sponsoring prize drawings each day. Students who fill up a student club fair punch card will be entered to win sweet swag.
The Student Organizations Fair will take place in Wood Center and run from 11am - 2pm each day.
Table location will be first come first serve both days.
Student Organizations will be assigned half a table due to space limitations unless otherwise requested.
Refreshments can either be sold or given away at the fair.
If you are selling or giving away food please ensure your organization turns in a food waiver.
