Tapping birch tree sap is one of our favorite ways to usher in the spring season. “Tapping Into Spring” is our curriculum program designed to introduce K-12 students to responsible tree sap harvest, practice math skills, explore tree health and climate effects, and taste a delicious product of photosynthesis. Students and teachers tap trees right outside in their own schoolyards!
