Location

The Alaska Native Language Archive is located within the Elmer E. Rasmuson Library at 1732 Tanana Loop on the University of Alaska Fairbanks campus. Our main office and reading room are located on the first floor (Rasmuson 109) and our Reference Library, which is open for public browsing during library hours, is on the second floor (follow the signs for Alaska Native Language Archive). 

 

Parking: The nearest lots to ANLA are those east of Signers' Hall and south of the Eielson Building. Additional visitor parking is available in the Taku lot off Farmer's Loop Road. Taku lot permits may be purchased from a kiosk.  A parking permit is required for visitors on UAF campus Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Parking is free for visitors after 5 p.m. and on weekends and holidays. Transit: To reach ANLA by public transit, take a Fairbanks MACS transit bus to UAF Wood Center.
