Biography

Dr. Coyle received a bachelor degree in Biological Oceanography from University of Washington, and masters and PhD degrees in oceanography from University of Alaska. His research is currently focused on applying the ROMS numerical modeling system with an embedded ecosystem component to help elucidate the physical and biological mechanisms influencing interannual differences in zooplankton populations on the northern Gulf of Alaska shelf.
