Take the trivia tour of the century with friends

Staff members from the College of Rural and Community Development completed the centennial trivia tour as a team-building exercise. Here they are wearing the scarves they chose as their prizes for completing 20 questions. You can do it, too — visit Jeannie Phillips in 327 Signers' Hall or print your own tour card at www.uaf.edu/centennial/tour.

Community programs highlight UAF's centennial

The next centennial community program on March 6 at 6:30 p.m. features Chris Cannon, Ph.D. student in cultural anthropology, discussing the Alaska Gwich'in constellation "yahdii." He'll take participants on a star walk after a short presentation. Meet in 202 Reichardt and come dressed for the weather.

100 of UAF's people

Flora Jane Harper '35 was the first Alaska Native student to graduate from the University of Alaska. For her story and many more, visit our centennial website.
