Please join Chancellor Daniel M. White for the Holiday Gathering on Monday, Dec. 4, from 4-6 p.m. The event will begin with the lighting of Centennial Square, between Gruening Building and Wickersham Hall, while a recording of the "Centennial" Overture, composed by student Scott Hansen and performed by the Fairbanks Symphony Orchestra, plays over the broadcast system. Food and drink will be offered in the Wood Center multilevel lounge. All students, staff and faculty are invited to celebrate the season together.
A box will be available to drop off nonperishable food items for the Wood Center food pantry. Winners of a prize drawing will be announced for those who donate to the United Way of the Tanana Valley by noon Dec. 4.
