Changes for Authors Reception

The Rasmuson Library will not be holding an Authors Reception as in years past. The library will still honor UAF authors by creating a webpage with their accomplishments, and will display the cover of each book in the library. Authors may submit their information to the library by May 25.

Museum event to celebrate birds, Kessel's legacy

The UA Museum of the North is hosting a Celebration of Birds on May 17 from 4-6 p.m. The free public event will celebrate the museum’s collections and the legacy of Brina Kessel, who bequeathed more than $7 million to the museum’s ornithology collection. Read more
