There's still time to sign up for the 2019 campus flower planting day on Wednesday, June 5. All participants will be entered into a prize drawing to win one of two hanging flower baskets.

Beginning at 9 a.m., flower beds will be available to plant across the Fairbanks campus. There will be information tables and refreshments in front of Constitution Hall, along with maps and planting tools.

The plants for the campus flower beds are purchased using private funds through the Ruth Hewitt Endowment, a fund that was set aside for landscaping and beautification of campus.You can download a flyer here. For more information, call 474-7000.
