Linda Tannehill retires after 28 years with Extension on Kenai Peninsula

Alaska was love at first sight for Linda Tannehill when she came up in the summer of 1992 while on vacation. Tannehill started working at the Cooperative Extension office that fall and now, 28 years later, has decided to retire.


UAF business college sponsors national student-athlete council

The National Junior College Athletic Association has named UAF's College of Business and Security Management as the presenting sponsor of its student-athlete council.

Food protection manager workshop planned

The UAF Cooperative Extension will teach a two-day certified food protection manager workshop from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday, Oct. 26-27.


Fall Career Fair registration

The 2021 Career Fair will be held Wednesday, Oct. 27, from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. as a virtual event on Handshake. The fair is open to all students and alumni.
