The Graduate School and the Faculty Development, Assessment and Improvement Committee
of the Faculty Senate are hosting a graduate student mentoring workshop for faculty
from 1-2:30 p.m. on April 5, via Zoom. Tiera Coston will lead the discussion, "Conversations
in Mentorship."
The Chancellor's Advisory Committee on Native Education is offering a limited number
of summer 2022 scholarships for degree-seeking undergraduate students.

The next talk in UAF's Shine a Light series will feature Carol Seppilu discussing
the importance of diversity and inclusion in the world of sports through the experiences
of an Indigenous runner. The event, available via Zoom or phone, will be at noon Tuesday,
March 22.
Help your students get ready for the rest of the semester. Check in with them and
provide the objectives or key focus for each segment, what's due and when, including
the final exam.
Kenai Peninsula Cooperative Extension Service agent Casey Matney will teach a series
of 11 gardening classes that outline the steps to getting your garden ready.
