Most commonly, the catalyst to a space request starts with an internal UAF department
or unit. The requesting individual/unit has a need for more space, a change in space,
or the desire to change the use of the space. If this request is supported by Deans
or Directors up to the Vice Chancellor or Provost, a space request form should be
submitted.
The University of Alaska Fairbanks is inviting the public to go woolly mammoth hunting.
The newly launched Adopt a Mammoth program encourages sponsorship of each of the roughly
1,500 teeth, tusks and bones in the University of Alaska Museum of the North's collection.
