University of Alaska Fairbanks Cooperative Extension agent Sarah Lewis and Anchorage
program manager Gina Dionne will offer a series of Tuesday evening online classes
on preparing and preserving foods for the holidays.
Gwen Holdmann will discuss small-scale nuclear energy and its potential in Alaska
at a town hall energy discussion on Wednesday, Sept. 21, at 5:30 p.m. at the Noel
Wien Library Auditorium in Fairbanks. The event is being hosted by UAF’s Alaska Center for Energy and Power and the Northern
Alaska Environmental Center.
The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research is soliciting white papers for the
National Science Foundation's (NSF) Major Research Instrumentation (MRI) Program.

The Academic Advising Center is hosting a series of workshops on advising topics for
