ACEP expands summer internship program

Interns have played an integral role in the UAF Alaska Center for Energy and Power’s development and growth, and in return ACEP has provided a launch pad for interns to continue their professional careers. In 2022, ACEP hired 16 interns who worked in almost all aspects of the organization. We’re excited to announce the expansion of the 2023 summer undergraduate internship program.


Design contest for student artwork

UAF eCampus is sponsoring a student design contest for a marketing campaign in the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. All UAF students are invited to submit original artwork which will be featured on a printed banner in the N terminal of the airport. The chosen artist will receive a $1,000 tuition award. The final day for submissions is Nov. 30.

CTC Registration Week, Nov. 28-Dec. 1

It’s time to register for spring 2023 classes at the UAF Community and Technical College! Join us at CTC downtown on Thursday, Dec. 1 from 4-6 p.m. for free food while shopping for your future among over 40 of our programs. We’re also offering online information sessions Nov. 28-30. . Throughout the week, CTC will waive your $40 UAF application fee when applying to any UAF CTC program. By attending in-person or online, you will also be entered into a drawing for some great prizes, including over $700 in free tuition to a CTC program and $100 Amazon gift cards.
