Join UAF eCampus instructional designers for a facilitated “Barn-raising,” which lays
out a set of tasks and deadlines to get your course online and ready to go in just
three days from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily from Jan. 10-12. Participants may join via Zoom or in-person, in UAF eCampus's conference room. This is a Canvas-specific barn-raising, so participants

Alaska Center for Climate Assessment and Policy and the International Arctic Research
Center are hosting a webinar to review the recently released Southeast Alaska Drought
Report. Climate Specialist Rick Thoman and NOAA Researcher Andy Hoell will review the drought
history, causes and ecosystem impacts in the region. Plus, select community perspectives
will be highlighted and the likelihood of future drought events will be discussed.
