Apply for a NASA Pathways internship

NASA Pathways internships are one of the most direct ways to get set up for a job at the leading U.S. institution for space exploration. The next application cycle is open Feb. 6–10. Tip: Interested students should create their profiles and prepare their resumes on USAJobs before the positions open.


UA Office of Government Relations Internship application period open

The University of Alaska Office of Government Relations has released its summer 2023 internship application for undergraduate students. This 10-week internship is based in Washington, D.C. The intern will assist the federal relations team and gain an understanding of how federal relations benefits the UA system. Application materials are due by Feb. 20, 2023. This is a paid internship at $17.00/hour; housing and flights are provided by the university. Read more details here.


Apply for Transdisciplinary iTeach

The world is full of complex problems that eclipse strictly disciplinary solutions and benefit from multiple perspectives. In this workshop for educators, staff, and researchers in all disciplines and roles, you will learn about and test pedagogical approaches that empower you and your students to engage in transdisciplinary problem-solving. Applications due for NASA summer internships

NASA offers summer internship opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students primarily in STEM fields and some other disciplines. To be considered for Alaska Space Grant Program sponsorship of a NASA internship, you must apply by Wednesday, Feb. 1.
