In this Zoom session on Thursday, March 23 from 2-3:30 p.m., we will discuss the benefits, complexities, and considerations that OER creators must take when creating Indigenous OERs that support curriculum development. Kayla Lar-Son holds a Bachelor of Native Studies and a Masters of Library and Information Studies from the University of Alberta. Her professional areas of focus include Indigenous librarianship, Indigenous data sovereignty, and embedded librarianship with Indigenous communities. Reserve your seat.

Apply for the Dalton Highway Artist-in-Residence

Toolik Field Station invites visual, auditory, or performing artists and writers to apply for the 2023 Dalton Highway Artist-in-Residence program. Applications are due March 24, 2023.

Japanese Film Screening: ZEN (禅)

The UAF Department of Foreign Languages and Literature invites you to the Japanese Film Screening of ZEN (禅) on Friday, March 10, from 5-7:30 p.m. in the BP Design Theater. Some snacks will be provided. Please bring your own non-alcoholic beverages. This event is free and open to all. No registration is required.

Summer Sessions and Lifelong Learning opens 2023 summer registration for 85 Summer Day Camps and 19 non-credit courses this Friday, March 10.
