gateway course outcomes. These findings shed light on who does and does not succeed
in gateway courses, and what is at stake if these outcomes are not examined and addressed.
In addition, the session will provide examples of evidence-based and equity-minded
teaching and learning practices that educators can apply in their efforts to improve
learning and success in foundational college-level courses. Attend in person or reserve a seat to attend virtually.
