  This week's Academic Tuesday looks at the University of Alaska Press, its past and
present, its partnership with the University Press of Colorado, focus on issues of
diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice in academic publishing, new publications,
how to buy UA Press books, and how to engage in the publication process.
The Nanook Diversity and Action Center would like to honor a UAF staff, student, and
faculty member who is showcasing inclusive excellence surrounding UAF's strategic
goal #5: Embrace and grow a culture of respect, diversity, inclusion, and caring.
If there is a student organization or educational program you are a part of or would
like to nominate we will also have a category for UAF organizations. If you are interested
