Cornerstone summer schedule begins

The Cornerstone has transitioned to its summer schedule, with employee newsletters distributed on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and student newsletters continuing to go out on Wednesdays. Please keep this schedule in mind when submitting items for publication. Please direct any questions to uaf-cornerstone@alaska.edu.


Cornerstone survey closing May 17

We really want to know what you think about the Cornerstone newsletter and other tools the university uses to communicate with you. Please take a short survey to share your feedback. Your answers will be anonymous and it will take about 5 minutes to complete the surveyIt has been two years since University Relations last gathered input from employees about university communications, so we are looking forward to your comments. Survey results will be used to help improve communication at UAF.

To most people who work and study on the Troth Yeddha' campus, the University of Alaska Museum of the North is a place to take visiting family and friends to see exhibits or participate in some of our public programs like Family Days or Open House. However, fewer people are aware that UAMN is also the largest teaching and research museum in Alaska.


The Pub, Polar Alley and Wood Center May hours

Visit us at the Wood Center throughout the summer. Come play a game of bowling during your lunch or visit our Esports Center for some 1v1. The Pub will also be open and serving its standard menu. Follow our website to stay up to date.
