White papers sought for NSF's BioFoundries Program

The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research is soliciting white papers for the National Science Foundation’s BioFoundries to Enable Access to Infrastructure and Resources for Advancing Modern Biology and Biotechnology Program. Awards totaling $15,000,000 to $24,000,000 over a six-year period are anticipated. More info about the program and submission process is available here. Submissions are due June 9, 2023.


'Alaska Weather' television program to end July 1

The television program "Alaska Weather" on KUAC's UATV channel 9.4 will end July 1, 2023, after 45 years of continuous broadcast.

Neurodiversity among learners in our classrooms may include neurotypical students as well as those with autism, dyslexia, ADHD and other types of neurodiversity. A series about this coming to the Troth Yeddha' campus July 20 and 21 will help you be prepared. This series will include a two-part workshop and a stand-alone seminar. Sign up here.
