on Tuesday, Nov. 28 from noon to 2 p.m.: a special panel discussion for Native American and Alaska Native Heritage Month.
Panelists will explore what being Native/ Indigenous means to them, how various aspects
of their identity interact with one another, and the relationship between their self-perception

AI in Education: UAF Faculty Senate Forum Committee updates
Join the UAF Faculty Senate on Zoom from noon to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 28 for updates
and hear how we are addressing AI language in syllabi, faculty authority over classroom
use of AI, and AI in relation to academic integrity and cultural expression in coursework.

CHP First Friday tour
Facilities Services Utilities Operation will be holding it's December First Friday
Central Heat and Power Plant tour at 1:30 p.m. on Dec. 1. Tour participants will assemble
at the first floor of the CHP Turbine Building, 965 Alumni Drive, Building 840, to
hand out personal protection equipment and a brief safety briefing. Please send an email to RSVP.
