Dear UAF students,

Welcome to the fall semester! As we kick off the first week of classes, I hope you are getting settled into your new routine. If this is the first time you’ve taken classes with us, I am glad you’re here. If you are returning, thank you for choosing to continue your studies at UAF.

We have been preparing for your arrival and ensuring you will continue to get a world-class education taught by dedicated faculty, supported by committed staff, and accompanied by some of the brightest minds in the world.

Our staff and faculty are here to support you in your academic endeavors, so please reach out if you have questions or concerns along your journey. Join the Alaska Nanooks for a game, join a club and have fun. There are many resources available to you here at UAF.  

I hope that whether you are studying on one of our campuses or at a distance, you are able to take advantage of the many things UAF has to offer. I hope you have an excellent year.
