OIT made recent security enhancement to the self-service password reset service known as ELMO (Easy Login Maintenance Option.) The next time you log in at https://elmo.alaska.edu, you will be prompted to set at least one custom security question, if you don’t already have one. This has been done to enhance the security of your UA account and the self-service password reset process.

You must set a custom security question by 5 p.m. Friday, March 2, 2018, or you will not be able to use the self-service tool without contacting an OIT help desk. You can change your options by clicking “security settings” under your name once you are logged in.
