Wear Teal Day

Show your support for sexual assault survivors by wearing teal on Tuesday, April 2 (the color for Sexual Assault Awareness Month). By wearing teal, you signal that you are a safe person for survivors to trust. Come to the Wood Center wearing your teal to enter a raffle between noon to 2 p.m. Learn more about wearing teal.


Deadline extended: Staff Make Students Count Award

BLaST Scientist of the Month: Gabriel Miller

Gabriel Miller is a second-year BLaST Scholar and plans to graduate in May 2024 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences with a concentration in Cell and Molecular Biology. He is from the small village of Ninilchik, Alaska, where he has lived all his life. Miller’s career goal is to enter the biomedical research field after graduate school.
