alcohol affects your body and mind, the costs of drunk driving, how to care for a

UAF is making it more affordable and convenient for students access their required
course materials with the launch of the UAF Bookstore Bundle program. Starting in
fall 2024, students will have the option to rent all required textbooks, lab manuals,
access codes, digital materials and electronic books for a flat fee of $20 per credit
hour. This charge is automatically applied to their student account upon registering
for classes. Students who prefer not to participate will have the option opt-out of
the program and continue to purchase their course materials on their own. Learn more about the new bundle.
UAF faculty members, adjunct instructors, postdoctoral researchers, graduate students
and staff from all disciplines and UAF-campuses are eligible to apply for up to $5,000
in supply and service funds to support undergraduate research, creative, and scholarly
learning opportunities. Applications will be accepted through Sunday, April 28 by 11:59 p.m.
Join Alaska Center ICE and representatives from the United States Patent and Trademark
Office for Kelp and Coffee on Monday, April 22 from 9-10:15 a.m. in Murie 301. An
overview of patents and trademarks within the context of Alaska's mariculture industry
will be provided, as well as kelp, coffee, and a continental breakfast for those in
person. For virtual attendees, bring questions, a favorite mug, best kelp recipe and

The UAF Center for Teaching and Learning seeks faculty and student applicants to participate
in the Learner Experience Advocacy Program for the 2024 fall semester. LEAP is a semester-long
faculty development program where trained undergraduate students partner with participating
