Student of the Month: Gerald Montuya

Congratulations to Gerald Limpag Montuya for being nominated for the Honors Student of the Month for August. Gerald is a Filipino-American studying Mechanical Engineering. In his free time, he enjoys gardening and getting take-out for dinner. This past summer, Gerald has been fortunate to work with the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities to help rebuild UAF's infrastructure. If you happen to see him on campus in a white hard hat, be sure to say hello! Gerald has opted to donate his reward to the Swipe Out Hunger program.
