My name is Sidaadza Williams and I am from Allakaket, Alaska. I am the new Resident Director at the MacLean House. I’m currently working towards a BA in Emergency Management here at the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Interesting fact: My first name means “little sister” in Athabascan and I am the youngest of 12 siblings. Favorite foods: soup, berries, and half dried fish.
My name is Nathaniel Olemaun, but most people call me Uli(oo-lee). Uli is from
one of my Iñupiaq names, Ulimaun. My full name is Nathaniel Roxy Aļak
Ilġutchiaq Oyagak Ulimaun Olemaun. I was born and raised in Barrow
I am currently pursuing a degree in Elementary Education.
A few things I like to do are making peanut butter cookies and pies. Peanut butter
cookies are the only cookies I make and I haven’t tried making other cookies. I
can make different kinds of pies: Oreo pie, peanut butter pie, fruit tart pie, and
chocolate pecan pie.
I am from Hughes, Alaska (Hut’odlee Kkaakk’et).
I’m in the Wildlife Biology & Conservation degree program.
I like being outdoors, fishing, camping, and hiking.
I enjoy learning about our universe and space physics.
I like traveling to warmer climates, but I never want to move out of Alaska.
My favorite foods are sushi and pho (can’t pick one).
I wouldn’t be able to remember who I am in the morning if it weren’t for coffee. Coffee = life.
It’s my third year at UAF. College is very rewarding for me and I love seeing myself grow.
