Learning to Manage: Understanding Our Minds

"Learning to Manage: Understanding Our Minds is a weekly Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills group; each week we will introduce and practice a new skill while reviewing the previously covered skills. One of the main goals of the group is to learn how to cope more effectively with intense emotions, relationship struggles, stress, and more. Learning to Manage is not individual therapy, instead it is a group to learn and experience new coping skills together."

Wednesdays from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM, February 23rd through May 4th.
