Self Service Frequently Asked Questions

You can submit a request directly to the NTS Support Center through Self Service. 

Submit a Request

Use your UA Username and Password to log in to the Cherwell Self Service Portal

Navigate to the Service Catalog by selecting the Service Catalog Tab

NTS has an actionable Service Catalog and you have the opportunity to submit Self-Service requests for the NTS Service Desk  (Example: Roxen)

Hovering over any category (example Roxen) you will be provided a set of options, after selecting the option your browser will automatically navigate to the service request screen.

Please provide a description of your service request along with any alternate contact information (Phone, Cell Phone or Email)  and press the submit button.

To view your open Requests and Incidents, select the number listed to get started.

Once you have selected the Service Request, you’ll be able to view updates to the request or incident and identify the ticket owner.
