1. Go to the UAOnline login page.
2. Click on the Log in with UA Password link.
3. Enter your UA Username.
   -Your username will be your ELMO username usually consisting of your initials, lastname, and (sometimes) an identifier.
   -If you forget your username, you can look it up using ELMO.
4. Enter your UA Password.
   -If you have never set or have forgotten your UA password, you can set/reset it using ELMO.
   -Memorize your password. For privacy and security, do not write down or share your password with anyone.
5. Click the Login button.
   -If you are unable to log in and you are sure your credentials are correct, go to ELMO and use option 1 to assure your credentials are synced.
   -If you are brought to a page that says your credentials are out of sync, hit the sync button at the bottom of the page.
   -Once your credentials are synced, you should be able to log into all UA systems.
   -To protect your information, always log off and exit the browser when using UAOnline.

-Some student information may be updated through UAOnline. For example, mailing address and phone number may be updated using the Update Address(es) and Phone(s) option in the Personal Information section. To update personal information, or report inaccurate information, in the Student Services & Account Information, or Financial Aid sections, contact your local campus Enrollment Services, Registrar's, or Admissions office. Refer to contact information below.
-Employee information may be viewed, but not updated, via the web at this time. Instructions on updating employee information are available on pages throughout UAOnline.
-To submit comments or suggestions regarding UAOnline or other web access services, please use the Employee Feedback or Student Feedback forms.
