    One Health Video Showing and Poster Session

    We are kicking off One Health Week with a documentary film about One Health in Alaska. It will take place from 4-5:30 p.m., Monday, Oct. 28, in the Murie Building auditorium.A discussion with people featured in the film and a poster session will follow the screening. Light refreshments will be served. Please RSVP for the event.One Health is a holistic approach to well-being that recognizes the interdependence of human, animal and environmental health.Monday‚Äôs event is sponsored by the UAF Center for One Health Research (COHR), University Relations and the Biomedical Learning and Student Training (BLaST) program.The video will also be shown in Sitka at the WhaleFest film festival at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 31 in the Harrigan Centennial Hall.
