Construction Management and Drafting Technology

The construction management (CM) AAS program meets growing needs in the construction industry by training entry-level construction managers and by providing continuing education for construction employees.

Students in the drafting technology program take courses taught by professionals from the architectural, engineering, and construction communities. Students develop skills in mathematics, drawing and lettering, building concepts and design, and construction techniques utilizing conventional drawing techniques, computer aided drafting (CAD), and building information modeling (BIM). Most classes are held in the evening to meet the needs of students who are currently employed.
