Occupational Endorsements do not go through the Senate curriculum committees; however, they are reviewed by Curricular Affairs and signed off by the chair of that committee. They are signed off by the Faculty Senate president and then forwarded to the chancellor for signature (which is the final level of approval). They are not approved at any higher level, although copies of the BOR 'hex' form are shared with Statewide Academic Council and the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities.
