Nanook Next is a summer bridge program for incoming first-year students — a week of activities on the Troth Yeddha' Fairbanks Campus that will help you start the fall 2024 semester more than prepared.

Nanook Next is your chance to: 

  • Get to know the layout of campus, where your classes will be, where to have fun and where to study. 
  • Form relationships with professors, advisors and other campus staff who are all committed to your success as a UAF student. 
  • Attend workshops, demos, hands-on activities and more. 
  • Receive a free campus parking pass for the whole 2024-2025 year, plus a bunch of Nanook gear!

Nanook Next is a free, in-person day program, open to all fall 2024 students graduating high school in 2024. It takes place in Duckering 252, Aug. 6-9, every day from 1-5 p.m. Availability is limited, so save your spot today!
