The Alaska Harvest Collaborative (AHC) seeks to:

• Create opportunities for work skills development and experiential learning
• Teach community members how to grow and prepare fresh, local food
• Empower people to participate in their local food system
• Enable healthy life choices by all Alaskans
• Build community around food systems

The Alaska Harvest Collaborative is impacting OUR community:

• Provides community learning garden spaces at the UAF Experimental Farm
• Annually donates over 5000 pounds of locally-produced, healthy food to the Food Bank, Breadline, and other organizations dedicated to addressing food insecurity in Fairbanks.
