This area is surrounded by the Fine Arts Complex, Constitution Hall, Wood Center and Gruening Building. There are many outside sculptures in this area.
The campus bookstore, post office, Alumni Association and other services are in the Constitution Hall.
The Fine Arts Complex is home to UAF Art, Music and Theater Departments. The building also includes KUAC-FM, the Alaska One TV Station, the University Art Gallery, the Charles Davis Concert Hall and the Lee H. Salisbury Theatre. During regular semesters, art exhibitions by students are held in the University Art Gallery.
