The printed UAF catalog is considered the official all-inclusive catalog for the University of Alaska Fairbanks. This online version of the UAF catalog is an all-inclusive reference and may contain more up-to-date information than the printed catalog. If this online catalog differs from the printed catalog in any way, the online catalog should be considered the most accurate. This catalog and its contents shall not be construed as a contract between the University of Alaska Fairbanks and prospective or enrolled students. The catalog is merely a vehicle of information. Although every effort is made to ensure its correctness, regulations of the university and its program requirements change from time to time during the period any student is attending the University of Alaska Fairbanks.

Accordingly, if regulations or program requirements of the university in any way conflict with information contained in this catalog, the current regulations and program requirements govern.
