The Office Management and Technology program provides students with the specific skills needed to obtain entry level employment or achieve career advancement. Review courses aimed at preparing candidates for the Certified Professional Secretary examination are offered annually.
Courses covering basic knowledge and skills, emerging technology, advanced procedures, and interpersonal skills are offered. Potential careers for graduates include office secretary, stenographer, file clerk, receptionist, word information processors and office supervisors. This division offers both an associate degree and a certificate program. This A.A.S. degree is an approved minor for the Bachelor of Arts degree.
