Distinctions

One of the most common dwarf spruce in commerce; naturally occurring dwarf; very formal, pyramidal form; growth 2"-4" per year; needles bright green, .25"-50" long, densely packed.

Limitations

Often suffers winter wind injury, which ruins its shape; protect from winter winds.
