Distinctions

A compact, dense, upright, mounded, deciduous shrub; dark green foliage; white flowers in flat topped clusters; attractive fall color in shades of yellow-orange to red. Flowers late spring to early fall; flowers attractive to butterflies.Remove faded flower clusters to encourage additional blooms. Can be used as hedge. Tolerates light shade better than other spireas.

Limitations

Flowers on new wood so prune in late winter to early spring if needed.
